You can come by metro. There is a direct line from the airport to Trindade station. In that station you take the elevator to the last floor and it will take you to the square where your apartment is. UBER or similar app is around 15€.

we cannot identify the apartment. There are apartments on the first floor and on the second. There is no lift in the building.

Why does the deluxe 2 bedroom apartment only allow 2 people? I am searching for an apartment for 3 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and this looks perfect but booking is requiring that I rent 2 apartments- it says only 2 are permitted.

Unfortunately legally we cannot rent for more then two people for that room even tho it is made for four.

Liked our studio apartment very much. Great value!
The apartment was in a great location, just minutes from activity. The directions and communication from the staff was very good. Well appointed studio with good kitchen amenities.
More privacy in the bathroom. The door didn't close all the way. That's about it.

The location was good and the room was very nice and clean.
We could not get help from anyone there since no workers were there. The communication was only through whatsup and it was hard

A very nice place with a couple rough edges
The rooms were clean and mostly quiet (some occasional street noise). The staff were very responsive to questions and very helpful. The location is near a number of very good restaurants and is a short walk from the city center. While the location looked a little sketchy at night, the neighborhood turned out to be lively and fun. The beds were comfortable.
Both rooms had issues with non functional lighting. The Foz suite had some exposed wiring. It also has a refrigerator but no microwave for reheating food. The Ribiera suite has no air conditioning to the kids' room when the door is closed and street noise precludes opening the window. Additionally, the bathroom door is transparent, which makes for less bathroom privacy than some families prefer.

Great little spot in the heart of the city. No frills but lots of character. Shabby chic!
Location great.comfy beds, late check out. Good communication with the apartment agency. Any issues were handled on site quickly and efficiently. Great for accessing all restaurants,bars and points of interest.
Problems with the door lock towards the end of our stay. Only one pillow per bed although we requested and received two more with a change of towels. No loo rolls on arrival which was slightly inconvenient.
